In the year 2010, I switched to a vegetarian diet. I made this decision for a variety of reasons, but have continued to eat this way since then. In 2017, I cut out dairy and eggs and began an entirely plant based diet. Over this time period, I have created several recipes. Many family members and friends have contributed as well. A few of these recipes come from different websites or books and the links to these sources are provided in the recipes.
